Hello Students,
Welcome to the Transition Partnership Program. This is a cooperative program with the RCOE & California Department of Rehab to plan, request and provide for services and advocacy resulting in employment, college/trade school & independent living.
As part of this class students will learn skills to maximize their abilities and plan for their futures. Check this website often for class requirements.
