Please click on the Parchment link below to request your official and/or unofficial transcript. You will be able to select where you want your transcript to be sent electronically or by mail. Please note that there is a 24-to-48-hour processing time. If you experience issues with your Parchment account, please contact Parchment’s customer service.

Transcript Requests
1. Visit Parchment.com to set up an account and request the transcript. Please note, all alumni must use Parchment.com.
- Parchment.com is a widely used system that sends official electronic transcripts to colleges throughout the US.
- Request to view your transcript.
- Request to have your official transcript sent to a specific address or organization.
- Requests are typically processed within 72 hours; however, during holiday breaks there could be delays if school sites are closed.
- If you need to send your OFFICIAL Transcript to a college, please use Parchment.com

NCAA Official Transcripts
Official transcripts for Class of 2023 seniors will be mailed out in August 2023 for students who have completed their NCAA student accounts.
MSJC Official Transcripts
If you have taken a Dual Enrollment class, you must request your college transcript from MSJC to be sent to your college / university.
